We see bias tape such as this used in many heirloom prices of beadwork. This is 25mm wide, 100% wool woven with a warp-only section running down the middle to serve as a crease to follow. The tape is 25mm wide, perfect for working with lined stroud (for peices such as Bandolier Bags or Octopus Bags)
