Home Tanned Deer Hide

Limited quantity of home tanned deer hide pieces traditionally tanned and smoked from the Houle-Schlup family on Treaty 2 Territory.

Hide options:

0.5 sqft for small projects: $80
Approximately 6”x12” cut slightly oversize to compensate for natural shape.
(backing earrings, pins, making small amounts of fringe for earrings etc)

1 sqft for medium projects: $150
Approximately 12”x12” cut slightly oversize to compensate for natural shape.
(Backing medallions, small full hide projects such as medicine pouch)

2 sqft for moccasins or larger projects: $300
Approximately 24”x12” cut slightly oversize to compensate for natural shape.
(Average sized moccasins, bags, etc)

Disclaimer: cuts will not be perfectly square due to the nature of the hide.
